Rellay
Designed, built and shipped in-house
Rellay needed a website that matched the ambition of the business behind it — and rather than briefing it out, we took the project on end to end, in-house. That meant owning every stage ourselves: strategy, design, the build, and everything in between, right through to launch. We started with discovery — understanding who was actually landing on the site, what they needed to find, and where the existing experience was getting in the way. From there we moved into wireframes and early layout exploration, testing a handful of different directions before landing on a visual system that felt confident, clear, and true to the brand. Design and build ran in parallel rather than as a strict handoff. As components took shape in the design files, we were already prototyping them in code, which let us catch problems early — spacing that didn't hold up on a real screen, interactions that looked good in a mockup but felt clunky in practice — and fix them before they became a rebuild. The build itself was handled entirely in-house: a fast, accessible front end on a clean, maintainable structure underneath. We tested continuously across devices, refined the responsive behaviour, and worked through a final round of content, performance and QA passes before pushing it live.
